Our products are shipped through Ecommerce Express. You shall be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

Conditional Shipping: Shipping below ₹15,000 is flat ₹250/- PAN India and above ₹15000/- is free shipping PAN India

RETURNS

We have an “All Sales Final” policy on all our products, post covid we can’t offer you a refund or exchange .

At LoveShafali, we use pure Gota which over time acquires a tarnished patina along with some wear and tear, giving it a vintage look. That is the appeal of Pure Gota on those products.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Kindly note that the shipping costs shall be deducted from the refund that would be received by you.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
